材料 / 排骨 500g、果菜汁 1罐、蕃茄汁 1罐、蒜頭 5粒、檸檬 半顆、麵粉 少許、白芝麻 少許、蛋 1顆、糖 適量、梅林醋 少許、蕃茄醬 2大匙、五香粉 少許、香油 少許、酒 少許
做法:
1、排骨剁成塊放入一容器中,蒜頭拍裂放入,檸檬切塊擠汁放入,加入蛋黃、酒、五香粉抓馬片刻之後,入麵粉、香油抓馬醃漬備用。
2、將排骨入鍋略炸至半熟,撈起移至蒸籠、蒸熟取出備用。
3、熟排骨入鍋油炸片刻取出,備用。
4、起另一油鍋,倒入果菜汁、蕃茄汁、蕃茄醬、糖、梅林醋、可依個人口味加入白醋,煮至稍微收汁。
5、此時放回排骨,再煮至收汁濃稠,起鍋前入香油、白芝麻即可。
