A pretty great song, actually, and I can definitely see the comparison to In Flames' Moonshield at the beginning. However, if you're going to compare this song to an IF one, I think 0:35 and onward is more similar to Artifacts of the Black Rain.

The violin solo (is that a violin?) at 2:40 is awesome, by the way.

I have been listening to this song since 1998 (or so) and I never understood why the band never became famous.
