Pontypool and Blaenavon Railway 12.07.2009.

A lovely day spent at Pontypool & Blaenavon railway, watching 0-4-0 No 19 (HM Dockyard Devonport) pushing her 3 carriages up the hill, such a wee engine but strong.The wind was a bit blowy in the first clip up at the top.

Thanks for comment, on sure assue it is better to push than pull up the hill and safer for going back down.

@60103Henry This is done due to the area of were the coaches are parked, and its much safer :)

well im not really into the railways, but i ride up there every other day to keep fit, and it is good to hear that they are expanding the railway for tourism etc, etc. Is nice up there on a warm day.
