A lovely day spent at Pontypool & Blaenavon railway, watching 0-4-0 No 19 (HM Dockyard Devonport) pushing her 3 carriages up the hill, such a wee engine but strong. The wind was a bit blowy in the first clip up at the top.

  • Great Video, 5 Stars! I went on this great little railway the other day, and really enjoyed it! Why do they have the loco on the rear and no the front?

  • Thanks for comment, on sure assue it is better to push than pull up the hill and safer for going back down.

  • @60103Henry This is done due to the area of were the coaches are parked, and its much safer :)
