ARM / Wrist BLASTING for Beginners

I was asked about Arm and wrist blasting, as I use the technique on occasion as a different texture of drumming. So here is how i do it. I hope this helps those whom want to know about it.

I have the same drumsticks! they have amazing rebound and are very light, I totally dig them. only after a few drum sessions they already look pretty destroyed, with the paint instantly going away when you hit the side of your cymbal. great tutorial and cool beard.
