Lazarus Clamp have been at it since 93' and played SXSW in 2001, gigged with Giant sand, The New Year, Richard Buckner, Chris Brokaw and just released their 4th LP on Bearos. Magically invented and depending on the set you could get a muscular post punk act as scary as Shellac or a gentle purty cello, violin, banjo and acoustic quirky-pop Go-Betweens/Palace alt folk affair. Lazarus Clamp are one of the cleverest and jaw droppingly talented bands the UK has ever produced.

"Lazarus Clamp are one of the minor, undiscovered, rough-cut gems of British independent music" Drowned In Sound

"Rather wonderful" The Big Issue

"Lazarus Clamp post-rock triumphantly" NME

"Delicate and subtle dynamic" The Guardian
