Using a unique condenser and evaporator system conceived by German engineer Vaclav Feres, the Okawara Evapor centrifugal-flow thin-film vacuum evaporator has an expanded operating range for evaporation and concentration compared to other systems.
The Evapor can be used to evaporate, concentrate, purify, deodorize, deaerate and heat substances which are susceptible to thermal change or have high boiling points.
There are a range of models which can vaporize from 70 up to 1,200 kg per hour.
Applications include creating enzyme, herbal and antibiotic extracts, developing synthetic chemicals and making seasonings and granulated stock.
