Dave Eubank, founder of the Free Burma Rangers (FBR), spoke during our chapel on July 27, 2011. Dave shared some of his first-hand experiences behind the Burmese border. You clearly hear his heart for the oppressed ethnic minorities in Burma (Myanmar) and learn about what is being done to help them.

@CorkBonsai, we did check with Dave to be sure it would be okay to post this on Youtube and our Compassion communities. Thanks for the question. A good one! Blessings and peace to you.

@CorkBonsai I can’t answer that question for the Eubank family but I understand it’s a very fine line.
Dave and family have been held for questioning by the Thai authorities before.
For years Dave was very secretive about his identity but I guess he came out the shadows to raise money for the FBR.

This is an amazing story! Though I'm curious, does posting this information online endanger their family or their ability to move in and out of the country?
