  • If you think 95 degrees is hot, come to AZ, you'll probably spontaneously combust. It always goes over 100 in the summer. I think a few months ago it got to 108!

  • Nice vid. I have trouble keeping my core temp regulated as well. Im from the South so it gets extra hot out here in summer lol. I will have to try the ice pack & spray bottles trick seeing as how i have nieces & nephews that are into sports. I have missed countless games due to the extreme heat. I am a c6 c7 quad
