@badgerman123456 Your shoulders aren't doing all the work they need to be doing if your chest is lagging :p It's a quick fix though, some back lever pulls will help tons!

You're back lever is so flat! When I do my back lever I have more of an arch in my back, my feet and head are still level but I'm not perfectly flat like you are. Is that an issue?

@cristobalsanchez1992 About 175cm , 80kg, Yeah definitely taller and heavier than ur avg gymnast. Tho i'm one of those people who looks taller than I am

@Demus15 bringing up my shoulder imbalances (external rotators and lower rhomboids) and did some arm work recently. Not much development in the way of bodyweight training other than a slightly better chestroll handstand pushup and having a better support position on top of the rings. Thanks for asking.

@ORTprod Nearly there, Can do all pressing with no issues, HSPU, Press HS ect... Pulling exercises still taking it easy. No need to rush I don't want a reinjury, in two months i'll be pretty much 100%.
