No its because,most pc games like this one,the textures are always changed which make them look cheap.Nothing you did.

Yeah fair enough. They never were that great. But IMO the game play for me made it great.

Not sure myself, but i'd expect you would do.

I'd take this over the ferrari game because there are more cars to try in TDU ;)

im not talking abotu modding,thats a whole different subject.Talking quality,yes if you have an expensive computer graphics will be better but most games look cheaply made.

pc is better you can download mods cars etc

and have better quality (if you have a good pc)
