Cheers Tom and son (?). Your demonstration was very good. I learnt how to do Limoncello a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. I wondered if you could use the same method with other ingredients however, as alcohol is expensive its not something we could 'afford' to play with so have not had the confidence to give it a go. I have one question, can you start drinking it straight after sugar syrup has been added or do you recommend to let it rest for a period of time?

@Noofsmissus This is Seth -- Tom's son. I printed out your question for him, and this is what he said in reponse.
The flavor does marry and blossom if you let it rest in the bottle for a few days. I like to put it in the freezer and drink about a shot in a martini glass, taking small sips so I can enjoy all of the wonderful flavors.
Thanks for your feedback, and enjoy!

@tbkkush If you make some Liqueur, you'll have an empty Ever Clear bottle. Take some steel wool to it -- and you're good to go!
