oh, and to answer your first Q lol. i have full bolt ons, shaved head, and a tune. other then that full susp work, stereo, some visuals stuff, and other...its pretty much not stock at all anymore :P

make sure to either time it in full or get the timing tool, dont cheat and use zipties to hold the timing while installing :P
also, make sure you get it timed right away, and if you have all the other bolt ons then get some lsj injectors to upgrade to. I will warn that it makes for a rough ride, but its fun to drive and def diff from what most people have :D
keep me updated on your build, id like to see what comes of it.
oh, and btw, your going to have problems fitting cams on an 07...
