You're very welcome!

I used the filtered juice because I've used non filtered organic juice when making cider before and it didn't turn out that good. Use filtered juice and make sure that it doesn't have any preservatives in it otherwise it won't ferment.
Best of luck

Martin,
I have purchased all of the ingredients for this Graff except the Juices. Here in the USA, we do not have Just Juice. Any suggestions regarding what types of juices to use as options. Basically I am considering two options the non-filtered cider that is brown, non clear and may have clumps of apple and the highly filtered clear version found in grocery stores, etc. Which one would you recommend?. Also, I was a bit confused because you moved between metric and gallons. Regards,

Martin, I really enjoyed this informative video series! I have been interested in home brewing for a while now, but it seems so complicated. Now that I have seen that it is really not that difficult, I feel like taking the plunge so to speak. Thanks for inspiring me.

Yes - I'm Irish, from Dublin originally - living in Australia now. I'm not sure which sites are the best for ordering from Ireland but I'm sure you'll find something on google.ie.
Best of luck with brewing - If you're new to brewing then I recommend that you visit the CraigTube youtube channel and watch his Easy Homebrewing videos - they're great!!!
Anyway - best of luck mate - and get brewing for defo!

No worries - glad you liked the vids.
It turned out really good - I still have a couple of bottles (9 months old now) and they taste really, really good. Still tastes like cider but really sweet and malty. I must say that I prefer dry cider but I loved making this stuff. I will post a tasting video soon.
