I did the samething last summer too. The video made it look easy but as you know it did not go that good .. I had to cut the shaft so I could get the drive shaft on and remake the motor mounts that came with the kit. That was so the motor was stright with the drive shaft. Also had to cut down the spacer for the cluch. I really love my 317 now.. I did sell the old motor on craigs list for 200 bucks.
