@Jane1620 either way most likely you will need to travel out of state to get a wolfie, thats why i say learn what u can so your not wasting time and money, we went all the way from AZ to canada to get our first girlie but she was well worth the wait/ travel/ resources. PREPARE 2 spend some money :)
@Jane1620 yeah youll get that kind of vibe on their website, I think the reason is their trying to lookout for whats best for these guys since people have a tendancy to think that will be able 2 make money as a breeder because their so expensive. But dont know crap and cut corners, making more dogs that might end up in shelter. my advice is learn enough about the breed b4 u buy that u know for yourself whether or not its a good dog when buying. also consider a rescue.

there lifespans pretty short and its mostly due to there heath problems

I've gone to the Irish Wolfhound Club of America. They do not give you a list of reliable breeders. It is like they don't want anyone to buy one.
