If only the rest of the worlds cults, particularly the various cults got this type of judicial attention. I would love to see Ratzinger and the people at Discovery Institute be stopped from doing more harm. Either way, any bad news for Scientology is good news for the rest of humanity. Though, I dislike appearing as someone with a schadenfreude complex .

Indeed you are right scientology is classed a sect in France. and therefore can be watched and monitered. One group that watchs this sect is the "French Association of Victim of Sects".
