Solution to MA and all states:
1. Pension Reform
2. Increase Gas Tax (by a lot, and index it)
3. Reduce sales tax (its regressive)
4. Reduce state employee head count (most are useless)

Wow, is he really that clueless on what to do? Brings his place in government into question.
Well here's an idea. Go talk to the governor of Texas and learn about the 10th Amendment. Next, Petition the government, with signatures from you state's citizens to reduce Federal taxes so that Mass. can increase it's State taxes for the needed revenue. If 30% of one's income is taxed, then how about 10% to state, 10% for city, and 10% for Fed.
Problem solved! Good luck, this is revolutionary!

It sucks that the government of Massachusetts has bloated itself on the tax revenue of hard working citizens. Now that the taxes aren't flowing in, the government has to face the reality of living within ones' means.

Wow,sorry to see the gov so depressed in this video. I so feel sorry for all of us. Now how are we going to fix the illegal immigrant problems in this country. How are we going to fix the welfare fraud? When are the state workers going to recieve the same lousy retirement packages the rest of us get.
