Well, it wasn't the only time The Beatles stole a line or two from other songs. Check out Run for your life, Something, Come together.
And if you listen to Jackie Lomax's version of Sour milk sea (written and produced by George), you can hear him ad libbing "Get back, get back" as the song fades out. This inspired Paul to write a song.
