why do people see the need to ride these poor creatures..they are lugging the shell around which is enough of a burden..come on people wise up these are not toys!!! they are beautiful creatures..treat them with RESPECT!!!!!!

@summerbreeeeze lol don't worry so much about it. these tortoises in the wild will sometimes have hundreds of pounds of mudd and dirt on their shells that is nothing compared to that kid. The tortoise in this video probably barely feels the kid to be honest.
(I work with giant tortoises at an open-range zoo, no we don't ride them)
