Information on cervical cancer

Alternative cancer treatments can be a part of conventional cervical cancer treatments.

These are just a few alternative cancer treatments suggestions. If you or you know someone who is dealing with cervical cancer there are alternative cancer treatments that can be complimentary to your doctors cervical cancer treatments. This is a short list but is effective for any type cancer.

•Tell someone, you cannot keep this locked up inside, talking helps to release emotions and allows for the support that you need. Surround yourself with positive supportive people.
•Laughing out loud-laughing releases feel good endorphins and allows you to forget your troubles by focusing on the present moment I know one way to laugh up a storm... can you think of one? Go see a comedy show...Keith has appeared in movies such as Waiting to Exhale, What Planet Are You From, Any Given Sunday, Twisted and Three Kings. He has been in print ads, commercials and has appeared alongside acting heavyweights George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg, Jamie Foxx and Samuel Jackson. Keith can be found preforming in comedy clubs and casino's across the country.
•Mediation is great way to reduce stress especially when you are dealing with cervical cancer. A recent study involved 90 patients to assess the effects of participation in a mindfulness meditation--based stress reduction program on mood disturbance and Symptoms of stress in cancer outpatients. Results showed positive in decreasing mood disturbance and stress symptoms in both male and female patients with a wide variety of cancer diagnoses, stages of illness, and ages.
• Turn to whole foods for their rich mineral and vitamin properties as well as their cancer protecting phytonutrients and antioxidants; sticking to foods that create happiness in the body, creates happiness in the mind and spirit and keeps inflammation at bay. Live foods create life.
•Stress causes inflammation. Inflammation leads to all types of cancer including cancer of the cervix. So get your stressors in check. As we now know, an inflammatory process is a contributing factor to the underlying cause of any type of cancer. In fact when I was dealing with cervical cancer, I treated it naturally (it is what felt right to me, what you choose is also right for you) and went from cervical cancer to cervical dysplasia to cervicitis then to normal cells. Basically I was reversing the cycle. In fact, cervical cancer usually starts as chronic inflammation, and then progresses to cervical dysplasia then to cancer. There are alternative cancer treatments available such as Dr Katka Novakova's alternative cancer treatments by looking at underlying causes and the detoxification pathways and approaching it in this manner. See below.
•Key supplements for cervical dysplasia and cervical health Are Folic acid, beta carotene, vitamins E, and C with bioflavonoids. I was really impressed with my gynecologist because when I was at the stage of cervicitis she recommended folic acid and vitamin C. Research shows that a folic acid deficiency is a root cause of cervical problems. Be sure to get your cervix checkup (pap smears) yearly (and an abnormal pap test every 6 months) -in fact make it a birthday present! Have a pap test on your birthday, that way you will never forget.

If you are looking for free to low cost pap smears check out National Cervical Cancer Coalition's website. You can also get brochures and other information and support on their website. National Cervical Cancer Coalition's Free to Low cost cervical cancer testing sites click this link.
