  • I just wonder.. but if you teach this style to civilians.. don't you worry that they can't get to the same level of skill as they would with the military training regime behind it?

won't it water the style down? the element of the nescecity to perform well seems partially eliminated..

  • @kiekert2007 The movements you see on Lessons 1 - 4 apply to all aspects of life, military as well as civillian. They address the fundamental human abilities physical and psychological, for living and fighting.

  • great exercise! and structure lesson =)

  • LOL@ the bad habbit!

  • @blitzen762 it's seems more about the form of the puncher having solid connection than aiming for an one certain point. a person has to have their body behind your fist(for support) to do the "climbing push-up" drill It, shows where one can strike & alter the person's center of gravity or body structure.

  • @kiekert2007 Please, don't worry about skills, but about mind, all is in it.

  • Wow! to the point...!

  • Great clip! Thanks for posting.

  • Brilliant! All I want for Christmas is... more of the same! Please keep posting!

  • Thanks ! Very informative . Those light strikes and push strikes go to arteries and nerve points ? Corrrect?
