I can HEAR Mick Jagger over wolverine in this!
MUSICALS DON'T WORK THAT WAY!
Whatever they were TRYING to do is irrelevant. This is crap.
-
@hoverschmoover Glee is also unrealistic and makes less sense than this show.
-
For the last fucking time, IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE HIM SINGING ALONG WITH THE SONG. Jesus Christ, get over it!
-
@archer1949 *sigh* It's supposed to be that way. If you'd seen the original Blackpool, it's the same way. Your opinion is the exact reason that nobody in the US would even let this show grow into something fantastic. So thanks for that. >.>

This was a show? lol
-
I think he did quite well.
-
I live in Laughlin and we don't break into song nearly as much as we used to.
-
You think the producers and sound designers would have the common fucking sense to get instrumental tracks.
-
@historylover Absolutely. I've seen Hugh in Sydney where he starred in "Boy From Oz." He was phenomenal. This clip just makes me shake my head and think WTF Mate?!?!? What was Wolverine thinking?
-
Blackpool was amazing, and really different when it came out. This is shit lol.
This isn't even karaoke. They didn't even bother to use a real karaoke track. This is some drunk guy singing along to the stereo at some suckass party.
FAIL.

@archer1949 It is really a qualified actor/a singer, a real production track and a real television show - that quickly failed. You are right, though, that it has nothing to do with karoake.

So, is the American copy of Britain's Viva Blackpool, which btw was excellent? Same format.

Based on it, yes. But not excellent.

A proper karaoke track, so we're not hearing Jagger under Hugh's singing, might've been wise.

I believe that it is now & always was been Hugh singing to Hugh's vocals.
