  • Sound like my Yamaha longtrack. Is it?

Ah, the sound of going through deep snow in the trees.

  • It is a Polaris fan-cooled 340 Touring. The fan-cooled machines do better in the Alaskan Bush as there is less to go wrong and they are easier to fix when you are literally miles from civilization. Yes, it is a long track - better flotation; especially over the over-flows and open water on the rivers. Snow machines were our primary transportation while living in the Bush. Happy Snowmobiling!!!
