Sure. I just capoed the fourth fret, and the chords are as follows. E minor, E major, F major, C major, A minor, G major. The last chords are F major, A minor, F major, E minor. C major 3, 1, 3, Open (x 2 each) then G # major, G minor, F minor, C major. This was all by ear, so I hope it's accurate enough for you. But everything seems right.

I'm not sure if everyone realizes how difficult and intricate Radiohead is.... their melodies, their timing and phrasing, approaching this song isn't ideal for everyone... but it is for you!! Another beautiful job!!!
