Border patrol officers have every right to do what they did here because they had reason to believe that this person could be a murderer, or drug lord! The only thing that bothered me is that is was apparent that this had happened to the same guy before and the issue hadnt been corrected. Other than that, Name and DOB is what NCIC operates off of. Its the system that made the mistake, the agents operated based on their intel (right or wrong). Had you been told that one of your bounties was armed and dangerous, would you approach the house nonchalantly or take safety measures? The agents played by the book. The system is to blame on this one.
