  • No you won't be able to remove the camshaft without pulling apart the timing,at least to take the cam out you'll need to remove the chain tensioner which is located below the oil filter and then once you put a new cam you'll have to set the timing again thus unfortunately you'll need to pull out the oil pump,but to do that you will have to pull out two oil pans(the steel one and alluminum) in order to take two bolts off which hold the oil pump from down there.Good luck!!!

  • it cranks every time you start the engine..

  • your best bet is replace the camshaft and valve body. it is best to replace all together so everything will be in sync with each other. if you do otherwise problems will occur trust me
