They had a great design with the airflite concept years ago and if they had follwed it design lines they would have sold millions, but instead they wasted money making a great concept just to ignore it. Silly the way detroit works isin't..

Yeah I agree their 4 cylinder isn't up to par with the rest of the class, hopefully they will address that in the next year or so. I like where the American companies are going, all three seem to be on the right road. I do wish that Chrysler or Dodge would come out with a compact sedan that gets good gas mileage.

I guess I didn't think about it that way. But they could improve their I-4 fuel economy.

@coda623 What v6 in the class offers fuel economy in the mid 30's. Those mid 30 levels are for the 4s. For 283hps, 29mpg is fuel efficient for the class.

@coda623 yeah an Impala and Malibu get 33 highway, and 13 city. The 200 V6 gets 19 city and my 4cyl gets 26city

I've put 1500 miles on my Chrysler 200 Ltd. V6 (in just 3 weeks) and let me tell you it's just absolutely perfect. The quality is perfect, and it's an absolute rocket when you need the power. I love the way it drives, so smooth it's really just right for me. I have never gotten so many compliments from strangers when they see this car, amazing.

Francois and gang really hit their mark with this car. You have to drive it to understand the what they were able to achieve. Although the exterior design is from perfect visually, the interior is excellent and this car feel much more expensive than it is. A Mercedes Benz feel for a low 20K price.
