Even Chinas signed human rights conventions, like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations, but one Yingchuan city man claims he was tortured and told by a Chinese policeman that there are no human rights in China.
Shengli Cai is a mother desperately trying to find others to help her 30-year-old son, Guojun Cai. Hes been tortured and injured by police at Yingchuan Public Security Bureaus state security section.

In an open letter, Shengli says her son can't get any medical treatment and was even sent to the Guyuanheicheng countryside. She says her son was tortured and that police told her son, we are not in the United States; there are no human rights in China."

She demands her son's alleged abusers be tried for their actions... including Yingchuan Xingqing, state security section team leader Changyi Meng, and officers Dingsheng Zhang, Jianrong Lu and Man Wang.

Her son, who has practiced Falun Gong for many years, was arrested at home. He was slapped in the face, kicked and punched, and had chains put around his chest.

When he tried to escape he fell and broke his leg.

Hes been targeted for continuing to practice Falun Gong. Despite being partially disabled, he was sentenced to five years in prison at Xixia District Court in Ningxia City.

  • Who is going to tell China what to do.

  • it's not the people who are bed , but the corrupt officials in goverment, bueros and police . corrupt by money.

  • Whatever it takes, Chineses couldn't stop fighting for their freedom and human rights. How much more of human sacrifice and abuse would be needed to tear down from the power hungry, greedy, evil governement?

  • God damn China.

Those Chinese police officers are like animals.
