The Northwest Rail commuter rail line scheduled to open to the public in early 2015 will link RTDs rail system from downtown Denver, through the Northwestern suburbs to Boulder, and on to Longmont. The project will be a 42-mile diesel commuter rail line from Denver Union Station to downtown Longmont, serving Denver, Westminster, Broomfield, Louisville, Boulder and Longmont. Visit www.RTD-FasTracks.com for more information!
Keep Dreaming. FastTracks was a lie based on false sales tax projections and unrealistic costs. Currently this line is unfunded. Broomfield will be lucky to ever see this project completed.
