What is Service Learning?

Through OSU-OKC's Service Learning program, students have the opportunity to apply classroom learning within the community in which they go to school, work and/or live.

A student conducts a Service-Learning project with the approval and guidance of a faculty member. Service-Learning projects must be identified early in the semester to allow enough time to meet the instructor's expectations. Service Learning Applications must be submitted to the Service Learning Coordinator no later than the fourth week of a 16-week class.
