the picking pattern is very difficult . you need some experience in fingerpicking before you can do that.

try to learn Kathy's song by paul simon. it is pretty much the same

Yes, the picking pattern is difficult, kind of, so why don't show us? Great play, but I believe everyone are able to cope with the guitar chord, but not the picking pattern you did not show.......pity
