Hi all, I'm a huge UFC fan. I love the group, love the fighters and the game in general. However the UFC going to Dubai just feels wrong.

I understand everyone's gotta make a buck but why go to a country that promotes and uses slave labor? I won't be buying any merchandise or watching the UFC Dubai fight and hope their morality wins over their desire to make some $$$.

  • @Greenacres88 just because a country has problems and issues doesn't mean it shouldnt have an event like UFC.UAE has slavery problems that are being addressed and the USA is at war fighting terrorists apparently and at the same time killing 100's of thousands of iraqis and afghanis,1 of 6 americans are poor and people cannot pay for their own homes due to mortgage and unemployment crisis. Remember, US also had made black people slaves for around 200 years(not so sure about this fact) but approx.

  • @MrFreshasMint

You're completely wrong on everything. I don't even know where to begin.

  • the UAE has given so many people opportunities and better lives, for example my own family my dad studied a l'il bit and had a lot of family hardships, so he came here to earn a living and support his family back home, after 19 years of living here our entire family is doing realy well, we fly business and first class around the world the issues such as slavery and such are being looked at now like the wps(wage protection system) and i hate it when americans think that ther country has no flaws

  • @MrFreshasMint

Never said my country has no issues.

  • @MrFreshasMint FUNNY BECAUSE IRAQIS ARE MUSLIM ,AND MOST DOMESTIC WORKERS SO WHY ARE THEY MISTREATED BY THEIR OWN MUSLIM BROTHERS!

  • UFC already came :)

  • @Txsray Wrong about US creating the Emirates ;)

  • The US doesn't "support" the emirates. The US created the emirates. And the US supports the abuse of poor people around the world in the many dictatorships it has created. They only begin to criticize such abuse when they plan to invade and occupy the country.

  • The UFC is a business trying to make MONEY. The numberl 1 goal of any respectable business is to make MONEY. The labor laws of a certain country are not the concern of the UFC, nor should they be. Instead of asking yourself why the UFC is going to Dubai, why dont you ask yourself why the United States is such a huge supporter of the emirates government.

  • @juevossofly

Guess reading is hard for you.

  • @Greenacres88

uhm some south asians living in Dubai/Abu Dhabi are pretty rich and well off, oh and bro slavery implies working for no wages, they get paid and most of them send this money back. I believe you are just another jealous faggot :(
