get this...I just switched to Toms of Maine toothpaste(fluoride free) and after just the first use, my teeth were whiter than they have ever been using regular toothpaste and even whitening rinse! Also, I eat grass fed beef as well.

You definately have the appearance of a standard thinker, i am very glad that you are on the right side of the tracks, everything you have stated is spot on, good job. We must be empowered to ban the use of fluoride. If people dont care about there own health, then we should know that they ARE killing our children. What most dont realize is it is the only element that shares non alkali & halide properties, which it is the most potent in both categories.

Once again, Josh, thank you for the info. I actually know a lot of what you have mentioned, but you added a few more pieces that I didn't know.
5 stars!

I had a problem with hypothyroidism. After learning of the halogen effect, I removed chlorine and fluorine in my diet and the hypothyroidism corrected itself. After a year of testing for proper thyroid functioning while not taking the synthroid, and removing the chlorine and fluorine from my water, my test always came back normal. I informed my doctor, who had told me I would be on synthroid for life, of using myself as a guinea pig in this experiment and had corrected the thyroid problem.

FYI: Fluoride is an oxygenated form of one of the halogens in the chemical periodic table. These are Fluorine, atomic weight (aw) 9, chlorine, aw 17, bromine, aw 35 and iodine, aw 53. Since the others are of a smaller atomic weight than iodine, and in the same family of chemicals, the thyroid is tricked into picking up the lighter atomic weight halogens first. This means that instead of the thyroid picking up the iodine that it needs to function properly it picks up the other halogens instead.

sadly enough fluoride is in fresh produce. so we r getting it from our "health" veggies that are watered with tap water.

does a holistic dentist use novacaine for tooth removal like wisdom teeth?
Ya like that!

It depends on the dentist and how "holisitc" THEY are. Some use acupuncture, some use different solutions, some use topical agents, etc.
