Thin Lizzy deserve all credit for writing this wonderful song BUT Smashing Pumpkins got it spot on...the mood on the Pumpkins version suits the song way better !!! Seldom is a cover version better than the original but it's certainly the case here !!!

Oh dear! This is a cheerful story told by a young guy who is in love, misses the last bus and walks home early in the morning despite his parents' disapproval. The best time in life of every person sang by Smashing Pumpkins if it was a funeral. Bad cover!
