Also, just for a tip for people who don't like gyms, can't afford them, don't have time to go to one. At home Pick your fave CD that you like to dance to, put it on and dance like its your last day on earth and nobody can see your carzy moves. Just move your body, don't worry about if you look good or not, just move ya booty! Shake it, shake it! LOL This is so freeing and is excellent for the body, mind and soul. Do this often! I've tried and tested it peeps, it works, get down! LOL :0)

As a fitness instructor and a believer in holistic health I can vouch for this advice! it isn't a question of should I exercise or not, its what type of exercise should I be doing. The benefits of exercise are amazing! It helps with physical fitness, mental fitness and even depression. Also the discipline of exercise helps with focusing, goal setting and increases confidence. There is NO BETTER FEELING than being fit! Even if you didn't want to do it, afterwards one always feels better! :)
