The most damaging Makoto combo in that situation is an early air axe kick, followed by a last-minute uppercut, then super-jump canceled into a j.Fierce. Typically the j.Fierce wouldn't be allowed as part of the combo, but for some reason (too long to explain here) you can exploit the game.

@mx0670 yes, and you know that because in the arcade version, if the urien is the 2nd player side, dosen't matter if its a mirror match, his ageis reflector is blue, not purple

thats the most damage abare tosanami finisher variation, but thats not including post-stun combos so if you can do the full stun consistently i'd say thats more worth it.
