tavis smiley new black agenda shooting a week later proves black leaders are clueless on everything!

Two weeks after black leaders hold a conference to decide and determine what a new black agenda should be, black boys have a shooting spree on the block, although dozens of police cars and the media was already there to investigate an earlier shooting!!! Thus, black leader don't have a clue of what the needs of black boys are; nor are black leaders willing to broach the "sensitive subject" of the needs of black men and boys; to the exclusion of black Feminist women!
