after using him alot, I came to the conclusion that hes saying "At ease, loser!" in that horrendous Engrish voice which is probably worse than Guile CVS2

they got Makotos voice actor for SSFIV, why couldnt they get Alex 3S VA back for this? or even the MJ esque Alex in SF3NG
