@matkovicha because if they're uplink they emit high powered radiation. just as a tv, radio or cell base station. they say they're safe but they're not. i've came across several manuals from base stations and they all say the same. first they make you go blind if you're not careful (up close) and then the ionizing radiation will (apart from fry you up) break molecular bonds in your dna structure. leading to tumors and stuff. =)

They look kinda small to be uplink antennas. However I get really afraid of dishes :S
In the video there's one on the far right that isn't really pointing up, I would not ever walk close to it.
