  • @marccfGK1 nice comment, your arms and elbows are part of your upper body lol ... you mean the core should be used

  • the goal of the exercise is to move forward by balancing your body left and right. To do so, you push off the ball when you send it back to the trainer, balance your legs in the opposite direction of where your upper body is going. the GK should use its abs strengths to do so, and constantly attack the ball.

  • I had my goalkeeper do this training he was dying out there. It's a good work out.

  • he should not use his hands, elbows or any part of the arms to get up... upper body strenght should be used!
