@superx57 Boring and unoriginal? Yup lack of originality is how you SMASH records. I mean record sales aren't everything but the reality is Leona is not boring. Alex may be a contralto like Mariah but in reality that means nothing. I mean I think it's a big deal if Leona can reach above her in notes. You should search for videos of Leona in early life. She sang very well before she even had training. Alex obviously had training as well. Hell so did MC he mother sings opera lol. All 3 are great

@TheMariahResource First of all, Leona does not have 3.7 octaves. That's Beyonce's range. Secondly, I never said anyone compares Alex to Mariah (although she has been on X Factor). I said that they're both contraltos who can belt over E5 which is rare, especially for someone who's had no type of vocal training, unlike Leona who sounds thin and whiny when she belts over Eb5. It's not always about who has the bigger range. Leona is boring and unoriginal with no sense of artistry. Alex still wins.

@superx57 no one compares Alex to Mariah lol. Leona sings 3.7 octaves alex is like 2.5 Leona knows how to control her voice, Alex screams. Leona has sold 10 million, she is known worldwide. Leona is a winner in my eyes by far

@DanylEl Leonas second album went double platinum. She hasn't been on the circuit as she has not long finished a HUGE tour, in which she did a hell of a lot more than just "stand in the middle of the stage" and she's now recording her third album, which will probably do just as well as the others before it. Alexandra IS talented, and absolutly incredible, but they're completely different artists. In leonas second album, she has quite a few up tempo songs, and she performed them well on her tour!
