Trent Larkin

This was originally supposed to be a Super 8 film. The first time I shot it I shot at night, and the film came back black. The second time I shot it I accidentally shot it in slow motion, so the film just ran out really fast. I finally got permission from my teacher to shoot it in stills, in the style of "La Jetee."

The actress was my roommate Jordan. I'm sure she will appear in further films to come. I was going for a film noir style story and look. I shot the original at night on Super 8 but it came back underexposed, so I had to come up with a new storyboard for a daytime setting. I'm happy with how it turned out, though.
