Since I did an arm one I thought I'd better do a leg one.

This is just some basic leg strength exercises.

Usually you do sets of 10-25 depending on how you feel.
For calfs though up to 100.

  • Starting at around 2.25 the calf raise, pommel horse hold in squat and calf raise hold are insane!

    How the hell did you get that strong.
