Oh, man. You only gotta listen once to these guys to realize this is not just another cookie cutter bluegrass band. Yes, they have a traditonal sound, yet it is fresh. The spot-on harmonies, Bobby Earl's uniqiue banjo style, the consummate musicanship of this band make me feel they will be considered in the future for what they are, worthy to be put in the same ranks as the Stanley Brothers, Bill Monroe and the other groundbreakers of bluegrass music. Well done, guys! :-)

he still performs around the san francisco bay area ( check his myspace page), but as i understand it, he didn't want to travel anymore. he's a great talent, though, and i hope to see a new project from him soon.
