Negima Singing Group Audition

Disclaimer: Don't own the songs, just my voice.

An audition, clearly. I will probably do more later (mainly the same characters) assuming auditions stay open. I'd definitely redo Asuna and maybe Konoka, but I wanted to get something in before they get taken.

My critique:

Sayo - She has a really different voice if you listen to her songs from the different series of Negima. Here she's really strong, but in another song from Negima!? she's softer and whispery. I compromised by using basically my normal voice, but as a result it doesn't blend so well.

Asuna - Could've been a bit more powerful... it's hard to strike the right balance to get the strength of her voice while maintaining the slightly cute tone. I like the second half (w/ higher notes) better.

Konoka - my cute voice is a different type than hers, I think, but most of the easily identifiable cute voices are taken, so I gave it a shot.

Nodoka - I'm pretty proud of this actually although I started running out of breath ^.^; The volume got a little weird in that at some points I'm louder and at others she is. Oh well.

As always, feedback is appreciated. In this case, any character recommendations also appreciated. ^.^

In answer to your questions, the Konoka song is actually a duet between herself and Setsuna, called "Sei Naru Sora no Shita de". The Nodoka song is called "Orenji no Yuuhi".
