Female, 78y. Incidental finding during endoscopic procedure = 4 duodenal polyp. Biopsy revealed a duodenal carcinoid tumor. EUS radial scaning shows a rounded hypoechoic and surrounded by hyperechoic lesion (4). These lesions are originated from the second hypoechoic layer and the fourth layer is preserved. Based on the EUS findings endoscopic resection was proposed for all lesions.
