Propaganda like this makes me sick!! What the fuck is going on here. The clothes aren't getting agitated or turned, and in many times are not getting wet on top side . And, gee, isn't that a small load of towels? Is that all that that huge tub can hold?? RIDICULOUS! Thumbs down.

@CossacksChampion Whatever is not the GE piece of garbage I one. Had a repairman out four times, same problem every time, now the warrenty's expired but the problem is not resolved.
