sad that you have to join those that put down eric, he one of the best all around consistant guitar players in the world, ive heard him play rings around people at time, hes not always mind blowing but neither is anyone else, and derek is no duane, duane was tighter and tone was better, he,s great yes but not the best, ive heard them all, so get what ever you get out of putting people down, with your ignorant comment and get a life

this is about as good as it gets. Superb solos by everyone. They don't mean much though is they're just over any old blues/rock band..the allmans are about as profound as you get, transcending all categories, as the Dead and John Coltrane did. And they still do though even without Duane and Dickey..and Berry. Clapton can bend and build in just such a mind-blowing and gut-wrenching manner it's hard to put words to it. Just beautiful all around.

@rick00770 From what I've heard, Dickey has some neuropathy in his hands, and can't really play anymore. There's only so much poison you can put into a body before it rebels. Gregg paid the price, and apparently Dickey is now paying it. Clapton got off the H before it killed him.
