Sounds great! Except for the coffee! I don't drink coffee at all, I don't like the smell. I'll have to get my caffeine in a different way. LOVE your video's. You have such a lovely personality. TFS

how do u counteract the dehydration w/ coffee? idk but won't water dilute the caffiene potency? just asking... you're beautiful!!!

@shine777 Coffee has actually been shown to not be as dehydrating as previously thought! Which is great news! But I drink a ton of water with lemon throughout the day as well. I also am super into Green Tea lately- like very into it... maybe 4 or 5 cups a day! ;)

@Yesenia0710 It would make sense, yes. Just don't have too many. Too much caffeine can make your heart pump overtime (which is why some people get the jitters from too much coffee). I like getting caffeine through coffee because the amount is controlled... -xx Laurel
