Former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards revealed he had an affair with a video producer, although he claims that he did not father her child. Jeff Greenfield reports.

@eastariel I never said that. Don't put words in my mouth. When you're a public figure your personal life can affect you negative or positively. Whether you think it's not fair or not. It happens, get over it. He's a slimy politician who put stress on his sick and dying wife. Him and his mistress and anyone who supports him are horrible people. Probably cheaters themselves. They do seem to stick together.

Yeah, just we need -- congressmen who give us full reports on their sex lives -- every detail. So we know we can trust them. Right? Is that what you're wanting? Do you like to hear EVERYTHING they're doing in bed?

Personally, I'm not interested in hearing all that. I'd just rather they did their work.
